NATIONAL ALLIANCE ON MENTAL ILLNESS (NAMI)

You are not alone. One in four faces a mental illness in their lifetime. NAMI's programs give you the tools and coping skills you need. NAMI Fall Classes are open for registration now. Registration is required for all classes. NAMI Basics, NAMI Family-to-Family, NAMI Peer-to-Peer, & Mental Health First Aid Colorado. Call 719-473-8477 for class locations.   • Acknowledge: Admit that you are seeing the signs of depression or suicide in a friend and that it is serious.
  • Care: Let your friend know that you care about him or her, and that you are concerned that he or she needs help you cannot provide. 
  • Tell: Inform a trusted adult, either with your friend or on his/her behalf.
